 | Discovering Christ - Finding Jesus again, for the first time!
Discovering Christ is an exciting event coming to the Church of the Crucifixion this spring. Designed to help men and women encounter the person of Christ, Discovering Christ starts with the basic questions we all ask: What's it all about? What's the meaning of my life? From there we take a fresh look at the person of Jesus and his message, asking "Why does this matter for me? - Why should I be concerned?" What you find out here may surprise and startle you...
Discovering Christ begins after Easter!
April 17, 2007 - May 22, 2007 |

What does Discovering Christ look like?
The Discovering Christ course runs just 6 nights plus a short day of retreat together. Each evening session begins with dinner for those who can make it, then moves on to a short teaching (with a coffee and dessert break) followed by a chance to talk and ask questions in a small group. Typically, dinner begins at 6:45pm, the session starts at 7:30pm and the evening ends by 9:15pm.
What is the schedule?
Discovering Christ will meet on 6 consecutive Tuesday nights, beginning April 17, 2007 and ending on May 22, 2007. Each Tuesday night will begin with dinner (for those who can join) at 6:45pm, followed by the start of the session at 7:30pm and always ending by 9:15pm. There is also a short retreat day together for all of the participants on Saturday, May 12, 2007.
